All monthly subscription payments to YourProfitBook are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro at $9.99/month or Business at $24.99/month), you are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to all paid features through the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically downgrade to the free plan. No partial month refunds will be issued.
Individual report purchases ($4.99 or $9.99 depending on the report type) are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. Since reports are digitally generated and delivered instantly, refunds cannot be processed after delivery.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an incorrect amount — please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and make it right.
Please include the email address associated with your account, the date of the charge, and the amount in your support request so we can investigate promptly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no penalties for cancelling.
When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan. You will not lose any data — your transactions, categories, and business profiles will still be accessible within free plan limitations.
