Set a spending limit. Get told when you're over.

Pick any expense category, set a monthly dollar limit, and watch a progress bar track your real spending against it. When you go over, you get a notification — so overspending doesn't sneak up on you.

What you get

Category Budgets

Set a monthly dollar amount for any expense category — Supplies, Fuel, Software, Meals, or your own custom categories.

Visual Progress Bars

See how much of each budget you've used. Colors change at 80% (yellow) and 100% (red).

Overspend Alerts

In-app notifications tell you when you exceed a budget — so you can react, not just notice at month-end.

Remaining Budget

See exactly how much is left in each category for the rest of the month.

Month-Over-Month

Compare this month's spending to your budget and to last month's actuals in one view.

Multiple Categories

Set budgets for as many categories as you need. Each one tracks independently.

How it works

1

Pick a category

Choose any expense category you want to set a spending target for.

2

Set a monthly amount

Enter how much you think you should spend on that category this month.

3

Spend normally

As you log expenses, the progress bar fills up in real time — no extra steps.

4

Get notified if you go over

If you exceed the budget, an in-app notification lets you know so you can adjust.

Your data & privacy

Budgets are simple spending targets you set — they are not hard limits that block transactions. All budget data stays private to your account. Notifications about exceeded budgets are only sent to you (in-app), not to anyone else.

Plan availability

Budget tracking is available on the Pro and Business plans. Free users can see expense breakdowns on the dashboard but cannot set spending targets.

Why it matters

Control spending before it controls your profit

Protect profit margins by catching overruns early

Visual progress makes it easy to stay on track

In-app alerts catch problems while you can still act

Takes 30 seconds to set up per category
